Alan Print LtdOne of our free standing Mast Chimneys was chosen by Alan Print Ltd for there new printing press exhaust. The mast is 18.0 M high and supports a 500mm diameter stainless steel insulated exhaust. The entire project including Civil & Structural work was undertaken. A survey was carried out and calculations produced to determine the size of the foundation block and the mast design. |
The foundation block was excavated and the
block cast. The mast and exhaust were fabricated and delivered to site.
The exhaust sections were assembled onto the mast and the complete stack
was craned into position. The horizontal run through the building to connect
to the printing press was then fitted. The whole project from order to
completion took just 20 days. |
