The new bakery required 33 individual flues ranging in size from 150mm to 1250mm diameter. Obviously due to the cleanliness required within the bakery environment, the flues had to be designed for maximum hygiene. This meant that conventional means for supporting the flues were not possible and specially designed wire hangers were used for suspension.

This avoided the dust traps with standard bracketry.
Very high quality flues were required, which were made from grade 316 stainless steel. with sealed pressure tight jointing. The floor plan of the bakery and the positions of the ovens meant the flue route were particularly demanding.
