This state-of-the-art office development used energy efficient condensing
boilers for space heating.
Two flues each 40.00.M high were designed and installed.
The flue system design was carried out taking account of the special requirements
of the new boiler technology.
The flue construction features stainless steel welded seams and water
tight joints together with high grade insulation to minimize heat loss.
